Pregnancy is a time of great change, when the whole body adjusts to the new life inside.  It is so important to receive extra care and support during this time, especially since two people now depend on her health and vitality.

Birth Works has two wonderful massage therapists, Mary Alexander, RN, LMT, and Cora Crain, LMT, CD (Certified Doula), who specialize in pregnancy, postpartum, women’s health, and infant massage.   Of course you don’t have to fall under these categories to receive massage here. We offer massage services to meet the whole family’s needs.
